As a parent you want to be always the best interests of the child, and the child will feel more secure.
In a separation, it is not always that easy to find the best solution regarding the custody, care, housing, social activities, and other matters related to the child.
The custody should take into account the child's best interests, in order to create as secure as possible. Often the choice of parents to continue to have joint custody of a child after a divorce. This means that the parents will make a joint decision on the legal questions, such as where the child will go to school.
\nSometimes you do not agree to those questions. You can contact your local authority, and to get an agreement on cooperation, through the family court.
